compromise agreements

When faced with a termination situation, it is often sensible to ensure all the loose ends are tied up and that a clean break is achieved between the parties.

If drafted and negotiated properly, a compromise agreement can be an effective way to ensure you achieve the most attractive exit package from your former employer, often receiving not only the standard compensation payments, but also increased packages to take account of the benefits offered to senior employees during the course of employment.
