Sally Morris is a partner at mfg Solicitors, heading up the employment division.

Having practised employment law for over six years, Sally is a valuable asset to the firm.

As head of employment, she advises the main commercial clients and senior executives on matters of employment. Sally has detailed knowledge and understanding of all contentious areas of employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination and contractual claims.

Additionally, Sally’s expertise extends to include non-contentious work, assisting employers with internal employment affairs, employment contracts and policies. Sally is also able to provide corporate support on business mergers and acquisitions. She is a full member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.

In her spare time Sally enjoys socialising, running and is a keen skier.

Employment Division

Kam has over 10 years specialist experience in employment law and HR consultancy and he has acted for businesses of all sizes and trade sectors. Kam is able to offer advice and assistance on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues that any UK based business could face.

Clients value his pragmatic and commercially focused approach in helping them with legal compliance and HR best practice. Kam is a keen golfer and racket sports player

Stephenie Newton
Employment Division

Stephenie is a solicitor within the Employment Division at mfg Solicitors LLP. Having completed her training with the firm, Stephenie qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and specialises in advising individuals on all employment issues.

Stephenie’s expertise extends to advising on Unfair Dismissal, Breach of Contract, Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures, Discrimination and Compromise Agreements.
