Tom Esler named as new partner to boost mfg litigation team

mfg Solicitors has appointed a new commercial litigation partner to its commercial team.
Tom Esler, formerly head of commercial litigation at Martin Kaye Solicitors, will be based at the dedicated mfg Solicitors’ business centre, in Halesowen.
Tom is a specialist litigator with 15 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution and risk management. He has extensive mediation experience.
He has represented parties in a wide range of disputes from straight forward contractual matters through to complex manufacturing disputes, warranty disputes and shareholder litigation.
“Primarily I act for shareholders and directors of owner-managed businesses advising on all areas of company law, ecommerce, insolvency and intellectual property” said Tom
